Thou Shalt Have No Other Gods Before Me
The purpose of our website is to show mankind how and by whom they have been deceived and what they must do to be reunited with the only true and living God.
Most people that contact us are merely curiosity seekers (Rev. 3:15-17), who seek information to justify their own sinful nature, their beliefs and man-made doctrines.
Since the days of Adam & Eve and the time that God handed Moses the Ten Commandments, just over 3300 years ago, the ways and sinful nature of mankind have never changed.
The following is an excerpt from the article ‘When Will the World End?’ - http://www.aworlddeceived.ca/articles/when-will-the-world-end
“When God chose the Israelites and took them out of bondage in 1,320 BC, the number of adults over twenty years of age who left Egypt, is stated in Exodus 12:37 at about six hundred thousand.
Allowing the normal proportion of children to such a host, we may infer that the total number was probably between one to two million. Of these, only two - Joshua and Caleb - were left of the adults who crossed the Red Sea. With these exceptions, the entire adult generation died in the wilderness.
God is no respecter of persons as God judges all of mankind according to their work (1 Peter 1:17).
Two thousand years after God came into this world in the name of Jesus Christ and set an example for all the believers to follow, only few desire to believe in His message of repentance (Matthew 7:14).
As part of nature even trees and plants have more common sense as their leaves turn towards the first sign of light and most flowers close up at the first sign of darkness.
Mankind in turn prefers darkness over light (John 3:19) and continues to take pleasure in following after those that have turned the truth into a lie (Romans 1:25).” (We invite you to read the complete article)
The following is what God has been attempting to teach mankind since the days of Adam through his servants the prophets.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name. Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;
2 Kings 17:34-36.
Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel; With whom the LORD had made a covenant, and charged them, saying, Ye shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them: But the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship, and to him shall ye do sacrifice.
And the LORD hath sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising early and sending them; but ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear. They said, Turn ye again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the LORD hath given unto you and to your fathers for ever and ever: And go not after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt. Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith the LORD; that ye might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt.
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Now Satan is a master deceiver and has transformed himself into an angel of light through a myriad of religions in this world, with the Roman Catholic Church as the Mother of all Harlots (Rev. 17:5).
In our communication with the leaders and follower of religion we do point out that they serve and follow after an image of a false god and a false Christ (Matthew 24:24; Gal. 4:8; Rev. 12:9). In truth religious leaders are deceitful workers and false apostles, who have transformed themselves into the apostles of Christ (2 Cor. 11:13-15).
There in not one Religion in this world that is built on the Word of God and the Spirit of truth (John 14:17) – no, not one!
For this reason the Word of God teaches us the following.
2 Cor. 6:16-18.
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Seek, and ye shall find (Matthew 7:7).
1 John 4:6.
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
