Wilmington, Ohio
Wilmington is a city in and the county seat of Clinton County, Ohio, United States. The population was 11,922 at the 2000 census, though recent population estimates from the Census Bureau place the number at 12,499. At city entrances from state routes, county roads, and U.S. highways, the city slogan of "We Honor Our Champions" is seen, accompanied by signs that highlight various athletic accomplishments from Wilmington individuals and teams. The city is served by the Wilmington Public Library of Clinton County, and also features a weather forecast office of the National Weather Service, which serves all of Southwestern Ohio and portions of Kentucky and Indiana.
Wilmington was featured in Time magazine on December 8, 1997 as a small town that is attractive to suburban families. The city was also featured in a 1995 publication entitled The 100 Best Small Towns in America. Home to Wilmington College, founded in 1870 by the Society of Friends, the city and the surrounding area include more than a dozen Quaker meeting houses.
Economy & Business
In the early 1950s the city became home to a number of U.S. Department of Defense facilities, most notably the Clinton County Air Force Base. Following its closure in 1971, the economy of the city hovered in recession for more than a decade. After a number of small attempts to reuse the abandoned air force base, Airborne Express purchased the facility in 1979 for $850,000, a fraction of the estimated $100 million spent to construct it. During the next 24 years, Airborne invested more than $250 million to build a hub for its national delivery network, including new sort centers, a 9,000-foot (2,700 m) runway, aircraft hangars, machine shops, flight simulators, a state of art control tower, and a modern administration building to accommodate an estimated 6,000 employees and its fleet of 125 DC-8, DC-9 and Boeing 767 aircraft.
In 2003, Airborne Express reorganized and ABX Air, Inc. was created. ABX Air is a contract freight forwarding business with the primary customer being DHL, one of the world's largest international shipping firms. Owned by the Deutsche Post WorldNet, a German holding company, DHL consolidated its US flight and sorting hub operations in Wilmington in 2005. In May 2008, DHL announced a restructuring plan involving its United States operations, resulting in layoffs of approximately 6,000 employees at ABX Air. On November 10, 2008, DHL announced that domestic shipping operations in the United States would be discontinued, and that the hub in Wilmington would close. This resulted in an additional 8,000 layoffs, approximately 3,000 of which are residents of Wilmington or elsewhere in Clinton County.
While travelling through the Southern United States recently we learned of the many challenges the City of Wilmington is facing since the DHL layoffs. When we learned how the town had arranged for a 24/7 prayer room and the mayor even had a website designed to address the questions and issues by local residents, we decided to write Mayor David L. Raizk and provide him with spiritual solutions as the only effective means that are able to assist the people of the City.
Copies of our communication were forwarded to the Mayor's Executive Assistant Laura A. Curliss, his Administrative Assistant Andrea Tacaronte, the Publisher of the local paper Pam Stricker and seven members of her staff. We also copied seven members of the local Sugar Tree Ministry and Mr. Daniel A. DiBiasio, President of the Wilmington Ohio College along with Mr. Glenn Beck of Fox News and his associates. We also copied CNN, Larry King and Christiane Amanpour who is now with ABC. In addition, more than two hundred media outlets and personalities will be notified after our e-mail will be posted on our website.

Dear Mr. Mayor,
We are all aware that the governments of this world are facing tremendous economic challenges and changes are taking place that have most people searching for answers and solutions. As Mayor of the City of Wilmington, Ohio, you yourself have seen first-hand the effects the DHL's layoffs have had on your City.
The purpose of our communications is to inform you that the people of your City are looking in all the wrong places for solutions and remedies that they think will put them back on a solid foundation. There is simply no solution in the religious doctrines and commandments the people of your City follow. Now religion is normally the first thing people turn to during times of distress.
I grew up in Holland and as a young boy I remember how the local churches were packed to the rafters when the Russians invaded Hungary in 1956 as the people in Western Europe were concerned that the Russians would invade all of Europe. Religion has always been the number one security blanket people turn to for some kind of understanding. History itself has proven that religion serves an image of a false god and provides a sense of false security.
Please know that the attempts by the local religious organizations of your City to arrange for a prayer room that is accessible 24/7 are all in vain, as they worship an image of a false god in which there is no salvation (Matthew 15:9).
As a member of the natural body (1 Cor. 15:44), who follows after the spirit and wisdom and knowledge of this world (1 Cor. 2:4-16), you do not know that this whole world has been deceived (Rev. 12:9) and if it were possible even the very elect would be deceived (Matthew 24:24). Also, as a result of your own spiritual blindness you are unable to understand that religion is not the solution for the challenges the people of your city face but rather it is at the root of the many issues and challenges your City is facing now. Religion is the number one stronghold (2 Cor. 10:4), through which the spirit of this world (Satan) has transformed himself into an angel of light and his ministers have transformed themselves into the apostles of Christ (2 Cor. 11:13-15).
Your local Sugar Tree Ministry is not able to assist people. They claim on their website to have been called by the Holy Spirit but that is a lie, as they serve after the spirit of this world. They also claim to feed, clothe and comfort all of God's children. That also is a lie as they do work according to their natural spirit and in their own name do they clothe, feed and comfort the people and children of Wilmington, Ohio (Matthew 24:5; Mark 13:6; Luke 21:8). They do not know that spiritual food and water is the only food that is able to sustain "Life" (Matthew 5:6).

You are not aware that the issues and events the people of your City experience are part of God's judgment on not only your community but is only the beginning of a wave that is spreading over your City, your country and the rest of the world.

God has appointed us to be a watchmen unto the Body of Christ (his only and true church) and as soldiers for Christ we have been reaching out to the people of this world for twenty six years but as the Word of God teaches us in John 3:19: mankind prefers darkness over light.
We wrote the following to President Barack Obama on February 5, 2010, shortly after his inauguration.
"Let me explain that your attempts are a futile exercise, and merely a band-aid approach that in due course will severely weaken the world economy even further. Money cannot solve the issues you will be facing during your presidency.
During the election campaign, people had high hopes that you would be able to solve the many issues you face, but people will learn that their hopes will in due course turn into despair.
On the day of your inauguration, you had the highest approval rating of any incoming president but as the economy is going to worsen, people will soon forget the celebrations and the day of your inauguration.
When people continue to lose jobs and see their assets and investments devalue and diminish, they soon run out of patience. Especially the media, who, driven by the pressures of the rich and famous, will turn on you like a vulture on a dead carcass."
It should be remembered that he was elected on a platform that supposedly was going to change and save your country. We invite you to read all of our communication with the President under the listing of articles entitled Barack Obama ~ President of the United States of America.
As we continue to reach out to the people of this world, you have a choice to make but unfortunately the Spirit of truth cannot be received by this present world (John 14:17). For this reason the task of reaching out to the people of your city will not be an easy one.
Consider Mr. Glenn Beck of Fox News who tries with great swelling words to convince the people of your country that he has all the answers for your nation. In fact so does the rest of the media but their work is all to no avail either. We invite you to read the articles Glenn Beck ~ Fox News and Influence of the Media listed on our website. It will give you a better understanding how the media has been the voice of the deceptions and lies of this present world.
Now we did learn that Mr. Beck is bringing his show to your City on December 15th and he will with great swelling words, hype, emotions and feelings, try to portray the City of Wilmington, Ohio as an example to your country, a City he described as ground zero of hope, while in fact his work is an abomination in God's eyes and deceives all those that listen to his show. Just consider some of his previous projects: the 9-12 Project, his Nine Principles, his Twelve Values, Tea Party, Redemption, Re-Making of America and not to forget his story about the Red Sweater. All of it has been in vain.
This is not a personal attack on Mr. Glenn Beck. We have been merely called to show the people of this world how and by whom they have been deceived, including Glenn Beck and all of his associates at Fox News and other Media Outlets (Rev. 12:9).
If we had the e-mail address of the people of your City we would copy all of them with our e-mail but since this is not possible we have copied Pam Stricker, Publisher of your local paper and members of her staff. The local paper would be a helpful tool as a means to publish our letter to you. It should be noted that the day will come that the local paper will no longer be printed (a sign of the times they will say), so I encourage her to reach out to the people of your City with a message of truth while she still has a chance.
Please know that it is our hope that all mankind comes to the knowledge of the truth (1 Tim. 2:4) and during twenty six years in service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we have made great strides with the spreading of the Gospel of Christ. Since the launch of our website it has received the number one listing on Google under the entry "world deceived".
As the Mayor of the City of Wilmington, Ohio you have a responsibility to your people and probably the biggest decision to make in your lifetime. Whether or not you wish to communicate the only true message to the people of your City and allow our voice to be heard through your local paper or any other means is your choice. God's judgment is upon your City and whether or not you want your City to be an example for the rest of your country is your choice as well, a choice that should be shared with the people at Fox News who will receive a copy of this e-mail, including Mr. Glenn Beck.
The media and the people at Fox and CNN can continue to ignore our message of repentance but they will not be able to escape God's judgment, as your City has already experienced in only a very small way (Proverbs 19:5). According to a news report recently by a local TV station, one in every four gay-men in San Francisco is infected with the HIV virus. If you don't think that God's judgment is upon the people of this world – we suggest you think again!!
Furthermore, we wish to advise you that our e-mail will eventually be posted on our website, so that the people of Wilmington, your country and this world will come to know how they have been deceived by the spirit of this world.
